1. Information We Collect

When you use TunerMind, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Your name and email address provided via Manus OAuth authentication
• Datalog files: HP Tuners CSV files you upload for analysis, stored securely in cloud storage
• Vehicle build information: Year, make, model, engine, and modification details you enter when submitting a log
• Usage data: Number of analyses performed, timestamps, and subscription tier
• Payment information: Processed exclusively by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID — never card numbers or payment details

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Generate diagnostic reports from your uploaded datalogs
• Manage your account and subscription
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our analysis engine
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Datalog Files

Your uploaded CSV files are stored securely in cloud storage (Amazon S3) and are used solely to generate your diagnostic report. We may use anonymized, aggregated datalog data to improve our analysis models. We will never share your individual datalog files with third parties without your consent.

4. Shared Reports

When you generate a shareable link for a report, that report becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the link. You control whether to share your report link. You can delete your reports at any time from your Dashboard.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and analyses for as long as your account is active. If you delete a report, it is removed from our systems. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Manus OAuth — authentication
• Amazon S3 — file storage
• AI language model services — report generation (data is processed but not retained by the AI provider)

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure cloud storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you not to upload files containing sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for vehicle diagnostics.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Export your analysis reports from your Dashboard

9. Children's Privacy

TunerMind is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
